The Challenge
Barcelona based remote coordination of Live Content creation and delivery, triangulating Doha, Barcelona and Panama.
During the 2022 FIFA World Cup as part of the SayMatt® team we delivered a complete content localization project for adidas featuring a 7-episode series - in Spanish and Portuguese of the globally aligned Family Reunion Show. From showcasing LATAM key brand partners, to capturing the hype of pre-match moments and the fan’s energy on the streets of Doha, 60 content pieces were delivered live in just 30 days.
As the Content Lead, I held meetings with SayMatt® Agency and Client to align expectations over deliverables, organize the assets the client shared with us on a Content Rollout Spreadsheet & Shot List to later brief editors and Photo&Video Team on:
- Content needed to be created from scratch by the AV production team in Doha
- Content needed to be edited by the Remote Edition Team
- Content needed to be created from scratch by the Remote Edition Team
These buckets iterated constantly, so communication with teams, flexibility and responsiveness were key to deploy the campaign successfully.
